CONDITIONS
SUMMEROFFER 2012 ! Put your reservation BEFORE the 15th of March 2012, and get 15% discount on our rates! (minimum stay 7 nights between the 1st of June and 30st of September 2012. Payment: 50% when you make reservations, 50 % at arrivalday. ----------------- Prices are per apartment per night, VAT included, with a minimum of 7 nights. If your stay is less than 7 nights, we charge you 1 night more than you make reservations for. PAYMENT: 25% when you make reservations, 75% at arrival. DEPOSIT: At arrival, you pay a deposit of 100,00 euros, that we will return on departure day when you leave the apartment tidied up. INLCUDED IN RENT: Cleaning at arrival, gas, water, electricity. Change of towels and bedlinen once a week. All apartments are equiped with television ( ITV 1, BBC 1 and True Movies 1) washingmachine, coffeemaker and toaster. INTERNET and AIRCONDITIONING on request available. LONGSTAY (minimum 4 weeks) From october 15 until december 31, price will be 725 per month and from January 1 until April 30 775,00 per month. These prices include 2 bottles per month for heating. Electric heating on request.
