ALL PRICES ARE PER APARTMENT PER NIGHT WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS. IF YOUR STAY WILL BE SHORTER, WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR 1 NIGHT EXTRA THEN YOU PUT RESERVATIONS FOR. PAYMENTS: 25% WHEN YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS, 75% AT KEYCOLLECTION ON ARRIVAL. TAX IS INCLUDED. DEPOSIT PER APARTMENT IS 150 EUROS. IN THE RENT IS INCLUDED: CLEANING AT ARRIVAL, ALL GAS, WATER AND ELECTRICITY AND A WEEKLY CHANGE OF LINEN. ALL APPARTMENTS ARE EQUIPED WITH TV, WASHING MACHINE, COFFEEMAKER AND TOASTER. SAFE, IF AVAILABLE 1,50 EUROS PER DAY. DISCOUNT: 21-31 NIGHTS 10% DISCOUNT LONGSTAY WINTER IN MOBY DICK Between the 15th of October until the 31st of Dec. 700,00 € per month and from the 1st of Jan until the 30 of april 750,00 € per month.
